Please contact me with any signs of early labor and mental/physical needs.
If you go into labor before 38 weeks and I am not available, I’ll have a backup doula in place until I can get there. You will be held the whole time!

Once you’re in labor, we will talk to set up a time and place for me to meet you.
I’ll be with you until your baby is born!
Throughout labor, I’ll be there as a guide and support to empower and advocate for you and your birthing plan. I’ll use support and comfort techniques to help you reach your birthing goals, connect with your partner, and much more.
I’ll have an acupressure comb, a rebozo, a peanut ball, and more to support comfort and your desires for your birth.
*Please let me know if you are interested in birth and immediate postpartum photos. We can create a doula package that can include these for a discounted rate.

Begins once your placenta is born.
I’ll stay with you for 1-2 hours after your birth to make sure all of your postpartum needs and desires have been met.
